What is check-in/check-out time? Are early check-in and late check-out available?
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please contact the front desk for a request.
Is smoking allowed in your rooms?
No smoking is allowed inside guest rooms or on private balconies.
Do you charge for WiFi internet access?
We provide complimentary high-speed WiFi.
Do you have a pool?
Our onsite outdoor pool and hot tub are open from 6 am to 10 pm and are available for hotel guests only.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for all reservations. If you are unable to cancel within 48 hours, need to shorten your stay, or check out early, you will be responsible for all reservation fees. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Do you have cribs available?
Yes, complimentary port-a-cribs are available upon request and are subject to availability.
Do you provide breakfast?
Yes, a free breakfast box is delivered to your room. The breakfast box includes freshly baked pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt with granola, and juice. Complimentary coffee, tea, and hot cocoa are provided in your room.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes, we have two king plus adjoining rooms and two double queen adjoining rooms. Please call to check availability.
Do you have accessible rooms?
