Inn on the Cliff Hotel Policies

At Inn on the Cliff, every guest is both important and special to us. Please read our policies. If you have any questions or accommodation needs feel free to call and one of our Front Desk Agents will gladly assist you in your stay. We look forward to serving you.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: 3:00 pm

Check-out: 11:00 am

Minimum Check-in Age: 21

Cancellations

A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for all reservations. If you are unable to cancel within 48-hours, need to shorten your stay, or check out early, you will be responsible for all reservation fees. If we rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

No Smoking

No smoking in rooms or on balconies; however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

No Pets

No pets allowed. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.

Children Welcome

Families are welcome at Inn on the Cliff. Children under 17 years of age stay free when occupying a parent or guardian's room.

Gift Certificate Policies

Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

Free parking is available. No valet services.
